The Client Portal allows you, the client, the ability to interact with us much easier than ever before in this one-stop shop for many key interactions you will have with us. The portal is secure and encrypted, making it a much better solution then sending sensitive information via email or text.

How Does It Work

You will receive an Email Invite with a link to log-in and register your own personal Client Portal.

To use your phone, you will want to download the Canopy Client Portal App (via Google or Apple).

Using your phone or computer, you will register your name, add a password, and access a two-factor authentication (highly recommended) to receive a 6-digit security code. *You will receive your security code through our Client Portal partner, Canopy.

Once you log-in, you will be able to set up your User Setting and have access to several areas including the To-do, Files, and Billing sections.

Once your Client Portal is set up, your advisor may begin communicating with you.

Typically, you will receive an email notification regarding any requests or tasks from your advisor with a secure link to log-in and view through your client portal.

You will have access to any files made available to you and be able to respond through the portal.

What's Inside

To-Do - Contains any lists any task that your advisor may have sent you. This may include providing specific documents, forms or information as well as eSign Documents.

Files - This folder shows any files that your advisor may want to share with you. Most are available for download as well.

Billing - This section displays your outstanding balance, invoices, and payment history.

Schedule an Appointment - This optional section allows you to set up or schedule an appointment with your advisor.
