The Client Portal allows you, the client, the ability to interact with us much easier than ever before in this one-stop shop for many key interactions you will have with us. The portal is secure and encrypted, making it a much better solution then sending sensitive information via email or text.

Ready to Sign Up or Have Questions?

How Does It Work
  • You will receive an Email Invite with a link to log-in and register your own personal Client Portal. 

  • To use your phone, you will want to download the Canopy Client Portal App (via Google or Apple).

  • Using your phone or computer, you will register your name, add a password, and access a two-factor authentication (highly recommended) to receive a 6-digit security code. *You will receive your security code through our Client Portal partner, Canopy.

  • Once you log-in, you will be able to set up your User Setting and have access to several areas including the To-do, Files, and Billing sections.

  • Once your Client Portal is set up, your advisor may begin communicating with you. 

    • Typically, you will receive an email notification regarding any requests or tasks from your advisor with a secure link to log-in and view through your client portal.​

    • You will have access to any files made available to you and be able to respond through the portal.

What's Inside
  • To-Do -   Contains any lists any task that your advisor may have sent you.  This may include providing specific documents, forms or information as well as eSign Documents.

  • Files -     This folder shows any files that your advisor may want to share with you.  Most are available for download as well.

  • Billing -   This section displays your outstanding balance, invoices, and payment history.  

  • Schedule an Appointment -   This optional section allows you to set up or schedule an appointment with your advisor.
